The Process
Our wedding photography and videography process aims to help make your day as calm, organised and stress-free as possible. From the inquiry and consult to booking and planning your wedding day, we'll guide you through each step of the way. On the day, we'll capture everything with our candid, documentary approach, allowing you to be full present to enjoy your day. After your wedding, you'll receive a preview within 48 hours and your full, edited online gallery in a few weeks.
STEP 01
Inquiry & availability
After we receive your inquiry, we'll confirm our availability and send over our wedding collections. Then, we'll schedule a consultation call to connect.
STEP 02
Consult call
We'll connect on a video call to chat about your vision, plans and what you're looking for in your photo/video team. We'll answer any questions you might have and help decide if we're a good fit.
STEP 03
Booking your date
If the vibes are right, we'll send over a proposal with your chosen package, contract and booking fee invoice. Once your contract is signed and your booking fee paid, your date is officially booked!
STEP 04
Planning and prep
Leading up to your wedding, we'll help with timeline planning, order of events and any other questions you might have. We'll also work with your coordinator or planner and other vendors to make sure we're all on the same page.
STEP 05
the big day
On the day, we take a calm approach and document things as they naturally unfold, while still stepping when necessary for direction and guidance. With a mixture of candid moments and purposeful portraits, we'll document your day as it unfolds- true to you.
STEP 06
After your wedding day, you'll receive a preview of your wedding photos and a 30-60 second trailer film within a few days. Your full online gallery and highlight film will be ready in 6-8 weeks.

When you book with us, you're not getting a random photographer or videographer showing up on your wedding day. It's us, the people you've met and connected with, the people who understand your vision and your unique love story.
We'll help with building a realistic and intentional timeline for the day, to keep the flow and allow enough breathing room to be fully present.
We know just when to step in and guide and when to allow moments to unfold, all those little moments in between the main events, and we're always paying attention.
Our goal for the day is simple, keep things calm, keep things moving and making sure you're confident, fully yourself and fully present.

FAQ
01. Do you travel?
We will happily go anywhere for a love story or celebration! Our home base is Pretoria, South Africa. Travel costs are determined by province. If further than a 90 minute drive from Pretoria, we require 1 night’s accommodation and for venues further than 3 hours drive from Pretoria, we ask that you budget for 2 night’s accommodation for us and our team.
02. Will you help us pose?
We don't expect our couples to know what to do in front of the camera, so we are happy to provide guidance and direction. We use prompts and lots of movement to try and keep things natural and fun, while letting moments unfold naturally.
03. Do you help with planning?
Yes, absolutely! For lifestyle shoots we will assist with choosing a location and help with outfit planning. For weddings, we will help develop a detailed timeline for your day, as well as help with any other advice you would like, but we always suggest working with a planner or coordinator to full realise your vision.
04. How long will we wait for our photos/film?
For lifestyle shoots, our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, with a preview within 48 hours. For weddings, a full gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks and a preview within 48 hours.
