Nestled in the heart of Gauteng, Beechwood Gardens offers a unique combination of historic charm and beautifully maintained gardens, making it a truly memorable location for a wedding in Gauteng. For this wedding, the timing couldn't have been more perfect. April is one of our favourite months for Gauteng weddings. The summer rains have largely passed, the gardens are still lush and green, and the weather is often sunny without the intense heat that can accompany midsummer celebrations. This particular day was a perfect example, a mild autumn afternoon with clear skies and gentle golden light.
Decor Details
The styling was absolutely breathtaking. Dusty pink florals added softness and romance throughout the space, while silver cutlery brought a timeless elegance to the tablescapes. One of our favourite details was the use of mixed table shapes throughout the reception setup, which created visual interest and made the outdoor space feel inviting and organic.
The bridal party styling was equally beautiful. The bridesmaids wore different dress colours and carried mixed bouquets, creating a look that felt both modern, and incredibly stylish.

As a Muslim couple, Sarah and Mikail had already celebrated their religious ceremony prior to this reception, making this day a wonderful opportunity to gather family and friends together in celebration.
